The initial roll out of the vaccine involves the vaccination of nursing home residents by community vaccination teams; Vaccinations at St Elizabeth’s nursing home in Athboy is scheduled for 19th January 2021.

Vaccination in general practice is most likely to begin in February/ March 2021 especially following the rollout of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.
